How do I get a username?

Your username and password is emailed to you upon completion of the online signup form. Please note that while you can login immediately, you will only have access to course content once you have been successfully enrolled.

Please use the “Retrieve Login or Password” link above and your account information will be emailed to you, along with a new password.

Who do I contact if I’m having technical difficulties?

Any course-related questions should be addressed to the instructor via the course forum or contact form. If you’re having issues with the website, please make sure your system first meets the requirements listed above. If your software is up-to-date and you are still experiencing technical difficulties, please use the contact form on the general website, or phone number if it is supplied.

Will I be notified if classes are canceled?

To check schedule changes or cancellations, please login and check the Course Announcements on the student home page. The instructor will post any important information which will also be available in the course forum.
